(30) Chapter: Whoever Catches Up With A Rak'ah Of The Prayer

(30) باب مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الصَّلاَةِ ‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 557

It was narrated from Salim, from his father, that the Prophet (ﷺ) said:

"Whoever catches up with with a Rak'ah of Jumu'ah or any other (prayer), his prayer is complete."

أَخْبَرَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَكْعَةً مِنَ الْجُمُعَةِ أَوْ غَيْرِهَا فَقَدْ تَمَّتْ صَلاَتُهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏
