(82) باب مَا يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ قَتْلُ الْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ ‏.‏

Sunan an-Nasa'i 2828

It was narrated from Ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah said:

"There are five (animals) for which there is no sin on the Muhrim if he kills them: Crows, kites, scorpions, mice and vicious dogs."

أَخْبَرَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏"‏ خَمْسٌ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُحْرِمِ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ جُنَاحٌ الْغُرَابُ وَالْحِدَأَةُ وَالْعَقْرَبُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ ‏.‏
