(41) Chapter: One who wears a ring with the bezel towards his palm
(41) باب مَنْ جَعَلَ فَصَّ خَاتَمِهِ مِمَّا يَلِي كَفَّهُ
Sunan Ibn Majah 3646
It was
narrated from Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
wore a
silver ring with an Ethiopian gemstone, and he used to ear the
stone
in towards his palm.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي أُوَيْسٍ، حَدَّثَنِي سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ بِلاَلٍ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ الأَيْلِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ لَبِسَ خَاتَمَ فِضَّةٍ فِيهِ فَصٌّ حَبَشِيٌّ كَانَ يَجْعَلُ فَصَّهُ فِي بَطْنِ كَفِّهِ .
