(18) باب مَا جَاءَ فِي شَفَقَةِ الْمُسْلِمِ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ

Jami` at-Tirmidhi 1929

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah said:

: "Indeed (each) one of you is the reflection of his brother. So if he sees something harmful in him, then let him remove it from him."

حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ مِرْآةُ أَخِيهِ فَإِنْ رَأَى بِهِ أَذًى فَلْيُمِطْهُ عَنْهُ ‏"‏ ‏.‏ قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى وَيَحْيَى بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ضَعَّفَهُ شُعْبَةُ ‏.‏ قَالَ وَفِي الْبَابِ عَنْ أَنَسٍ ‏.‏
