Abu Huraira reported God's messenger as saying, "My heirs will not share a dinar. What I leave after providing maintenance for my wives and provision for the one who succeed me is sadaqa." (Bukhari and Muslim.)

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا يَقْتَسِمُ وَرَثَتِي دِينَارًا مَا تَرَكْتُ بَعْدَ نَفَقَةِ نِسَائِي وَمُؤْنَةِ عَامِلِي فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ» . مُتَّفَقٌ عَلَيْهِ
