Marriage
Bulugh al-Maram 1143
Narrated 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (RA):
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "It is enough for a person to be considered sinful, that he neglects those whom he is responsible to sustain."
[Reported by an-Nasa'i].
وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ كَفَى بِالْمَرْءِ إِثْمًا أَنْ يُضَيِّعَ مَنْ يَقُوتُ. } رَوَاهُ النَّسَائِيُّ. 1 .

Muslim has this wording:
"...to withhold (food) from the one whose food he possesses."
وَهُوَ عِنْدَ مُسْلِمٍ بِلَفْظِ:
"أَنْ يَحْبِسَ عَمَّنْ يَمْلِكُ قُوتَهُ" 1 .
