(13) بَابُ قَوْلِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى: {وَالسَّارِقُ وَالسَّارِقَةُ فَاقْطَعُوا أَيْدِيَهُمَا}
Sahih al-Bukhari 6791
Narrated `Aisha:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The hand should be cut off for stealing a quarter of a Dinar."
حَدَّثَنَا عِمْرَانُ بْنُ مَيْسَرَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الأَنْصَارِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، حَدَّثَتْهُ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ حَدَّثَتْهُمْ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ
" يُقْطَعُ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ ".
