The Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not sleep until he recited this sūrah

كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ لَا يَنَامُ حَتَّى يَقَرَأَ هَذِهِ السُّورَةَ

Jābir ibn Abdullāh reports that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would not sleep until He had recited Sūrah as-Sajdah (32) and Sūrah al-Mulk (67). Reference:

عَنْ جَابِرٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم كَانَ لاَ يَنَامُ حَتَّى يَقْرَأَ ‏:‏ ‏(‏الم * تَنْزِيلُ ‏)‏ وَ ‏(‏ تَبَارَكَ الَّذِي بِيَدِهِ الْمُلْكُ ‏).
