Ash-Shama'il Al-Muhammadiyah 205

Ibn 'Abbas said (may Allah be well pleased with him and his father):

“The Prophet (Allah bless him and give him peace) drank from [the water of] Zamzam while standing.”

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مَنِيعٍ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، قَالَ‏:‏ حَدَّثَنَا عَاصِمٌ الأَحْوَلُ، وَمُغِيرَةُ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ‏:‏ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم، شَرِبَ مِنْ زَمْزَمَ، وَهُوَ قَائِمٌ‏.‏
