Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Blessing descends upon food in its middle, so eat from the sides of the vessel and do not eat from its middle."

[Abu Dawud and At-Tirmidhi].

وعن ابن عباس رضى الله عنهما عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال‏:‏ ‏ "‏البركة تنزل وسط الطعام، فكلوا من حافتيه ولا تأكلوا من وسطه‏"‏‏‏.((رواه أبو داود والترمذي))
