Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying:

“God has not sent down a disease without sending down remedy for it.” Bukhari transmitted it.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ دَاء إِلا أنزل لَهُ دَوَاء» . رَوَاهُ البُخَارِيّ
