Ibn ‘Abbas said :

Eat what you like and wear what you like as long as two things miss you : prodigality and pride. Bukhari transmitted it in a chapter heading.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: كُلْ مَا شِئْتَ وَالْبَسْ مَا شِئْتَ مَا أَخْطَأَتْكَ اثْنَتَانِ: سَرَفٌ وَمَخِيلَةٌ. رَوَاهُ الْبُخَارِيُّ فِي تَرْجَمَة بَاب
