Abu Huraira reported God’s messenger as saying, "Eating any fanged beast of prey is prohibited." Muslim transmitted it.

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كُلُّ ذِي نَابٍ منَ السِّباعِ فأكلُه حرامٌ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
