Mishkat al-Masabih 4076

Ibn ‘Abbas reported the Prophet as saying, "Do not take any living creature as a target." Muslim transmitted it.

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَتَّخِذُوا شَيْئًا فِيهِ الرُّوحُ غَرَضًا» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم

صَحِيحٌ (الألباني)
