Mishkat al-Masabih 2964
Abu Huraira reported God’s Messenger as saying, “One must not prevent his neighbour from fixing a beam in his wall.”
(Bukhari and Muslim.)
وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَمْنَعْ جَارٌ جَارَهُ أَنْ يَغْرِزَ خَشَبَةً فِي جِدَاره»
