Zaid b. Thabit said he saw the Prophet strip to put on his ihram, and bathe. Tirmidhi and Darimi transmitted it.

عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ أَنَّهُ رَأَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَجَرَّدَ لِإِهْلَالِهِ وَاغْتَسَلَ. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ والدارمي
