The Excellent Qualities of the Qur'an
الفصل الأول
Mishkat al-Masabih 2115
‘Umar b. al Khattāb reported God’s messenger as saying, “By this Book God exalts some peoples and lowers others.”
Muslim transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسلم: «إِن الله يَرْفَعُ بِهَذَا الْكِتَابِ أَقْوَامًا وَيَضَعُ بِهِ آخَرِينَ» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
