Mishkat al-Masabih 1937

Abu Dharr reported God’s messenger as saying, “When you make soup put in a lot of water and be mindful of your neighbours.” Muslim transmitted it.

وَعَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا طَبَخْتَ مَرَقَةً فَأكْثر ماءها وتعاهد جيرانك» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
