Mishkat al-Masabih 1636

Jabir reported God’s messenger as saying, “When one of you shrouds his brother he should use a shroud of good quality.” Muslim transmitted it.

وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِذَا كَفَّنَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فليحسن كَفنه» . رَوَاهُ مُسلم
