Business Transactions
Bulugh al-Maram 924
Narrated A man of the Companions (RA):
I went on an expedition with the Prophet (ﷺ) and heard him say, "People are partners in three things: grazing, pasture, water and fire."
[Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud, and its narrators are reliable (thiqah)].
وَعَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ اَلصَّحَابَةِ - رضى الله عنه - قَالَ: { غَزَوْتُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -فَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ: اَلنَّاسُ 1 شُرَكَاءُ فِي ثَلَاثٍ : فِي اَلْكَلَأِ ، وَالْمَاءِ ، وَالنَّارِ } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ , وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ 2 .
