Bulugh al-Maram 1245
Ibn 'Abbas (RAA) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
"Prescribed punishments are not to be inflicted in mosques." Related by At-Tirmidhi and Al-Hakim.
وَعَنْ اِبْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اَللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{
" لَا تُقَامُ اَلْحُدُودُ فِي اَلْمَسَاجِدِ" } رَوَاهُ اَلتِّرْمِذِيُّ, وَالْحَاكِم ُ 1 .
